PRESSURE WASHING

Pressure washing your community can greatly improve your curb appeal, remove dangerous moss growth from roofs and walkways, and can extend the life of your buildings.   When deciding what type of pressure washing your community needs, we recommend starting from the top of the buildings down.  When scheduling your yearly maintenance projects try to schedule with them from top down.   (A common mistake is for a community to put a fresh seal coating on their driveway, then get a vendor to pressure wash their sidewalks and curbs-Mud goes all over the driveway.   Another mistake is to get brand new bark and flowers installed for the spring and then get the roofs or siding pressure washed- Mud gets all over the place).
