Finnmark Construction Divison specializes in full-scale property exterior renovations.  Before you begin your next project, have one of our certified Project Managers do a property assessment to help you create the scope. Our team works  closely with your architects and engineers to ensure their exact specifications are met.  One of our recent projects was a full renovation of Stone Ridge Apartments in Clackamas Oregon. We replaced all of the Roofs, Gutters, Siding, Weather Barrier, Doors, Windows, Decks & Railings on 200 apartment units, garages and the clubhouse.  With a budget of over 2 million dollars, we finished the project on time and within budget.   Finnmark project managers and site superintendents oversee our projects from beginning to end.  We work hand in hand with ownership and management to ensure the projects run smoothly with minimal effects those who live and work on the property.
